Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how products bought on nextwaveparenting.com from Next Wave Parenting are delivered.

1. Digital products only – no physical shipping

Next Wave Parenting sells only digital products: online video courses, digital learning material and live online sessions. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

2. Delivery of online courses

  • Online payments (Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree, PayPal): access is given automatically, usually within 5 minutes of successful payment.
  • Direct UPI / QR payments: access is given after we verify your payment, normally within a few hours and always within 24 hours.
  • Delivery is made by email to the address you enter at checkout. New students receive their login email and password; existing students see the course in My learning straight away.
  • Courses are watched online on the Website (streaming only) on mobile, tablet or computer with an internet connection. Course videos are not delivered as downloadable files.

3. Delivery of live sessions

  • After you register for a live session, a confirmation email with your personal joining link is sent immediately to your registered email address.
  • A reminder with the same link is sent shortly before the session starts.
  • Sessions take place online, inside the Website, on the date and time (IST) shown on the session page. No software installation is needed; a modern browser on mobile or computer is enough.

4. Access period

Access lasts for the plan you bought (3, 6, 9 or 12 months, or lifetime) and starts from the moment payment is confirmed. The end date is shown in your account and in your confirmation email.

5. If you did not receive access

  • Check your spam/promotions folder for the email from Next Wave Parenting.
  • Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct.
  • Use Forgot password to set a new password if you have the right email but no password.
  • If you still have no access within 24 hours of payment, email info@nextwaveparenting.com or call +91 82875 04400 with your order number. We will fix it or refund you as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
