These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of nextwaveparenting.com (the "Website") and the online courses, live sessions and other services offered by Next Wave Parenting ("Next Wave Parenting", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, buying a course or registering for a live session, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About us

Next Wave Parenting provides parenting education through recorded online courses, live online sessions and related learning material. Our services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice. For any concern about a child’s health or safety, please consult a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to buy a course or create an account. Courses are meant for parents and guardians.
  • You agree to give correct name, email address and mobile number. Login details and important updates are sent to the email address you provide.
  • Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. To prevent account sharing, an account can be signed in on only one device at a time.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.

3. Courses, plans and pricing

  • Paid courses are sold as access plans of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year or lifetime, as shown on each course page. Access starts as soon as payment is confirmed and ends automatically at the end of the chosen period.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. We never charge you again without your action. You may renew or extend before or after expiry; an extension is added to your current end date.
  • "Lifetime" access means access for as long as the course is offered on the Website. If we ever stop offering a course, we will try to give at least 30 days’ notice by email.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. PayPal payments may be charged in another currency at the rate shown at checkout.
  • We may change prices at any time. A price change does not affect a plan you have already paid for.
  • Some courses and sessions are free. Free content may require a free account.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree and PayPal) or by direct UPI transfer. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or net-banking password. For direct UPI payments, access is given after we verify the payment, usually within 24 hours.

5. Live sessions

  • Live sessions require registration. The joining link is sent to your registered email address and is personal to you; please do not share it.
  • Live sessions may be recorded for quality and for use by Next Wave Parenting. By joining, you consent to being recorded if you turn on your camera or microphone or write in the chat. You can join with your camera and microphone off.
  • Please be respectful. We may mute or remove any participant who disrupts a session, shares inappropriate content or harasses others.
  • We may reschedule or cancel a session. Registered participants will be informed by email.

6. Intellectual property and permitted use

All videos, audio, text, worksheets, reports, graphics, logos and other content on the Website belong to Next Wave Parenting or its licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and other laws. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the content for your own family’s learning during your access period.

You must not download, record, copy, share, resell, upload, broadcast or distribute any course content or live session, in whole or in part, or attempt to bypass the Website’s content protection. Course videos carry a watermark linked to your account. Breaking this rule may lead to immediate account closure without refund and legal action.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, uploading harmful code, using automated tools to scrape content, impersonating others or using the Website for any unlawful purpose.

8. Results and disclaimer

Every child and family is different. We share practical guidance in good faith, but we do not guarantee any particular result. The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep the Website running smoothly but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Next Wave Parenting is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course or session concerned.

10. Third-party services

The Website uses third-party services for payments, video streaming, live sessions and email. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages or acts of third-party providers, but we will help you resolve any problem.

11. Refunds and delivery

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. How and when you receive access is explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If that is not possible, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
